Background

Cammy received her Ph.D. in 1999 in the department of Molecular & Cell Biology and B.A. in Neurobiology and Classics from the University of California, Berkeley. Her training includes neuroanatomic and neuroimaging research methods, graphic and digital arts, animation, project management, educational media development, human-computer interaction, and instructional design. She has taught undergraduate biology, interdisciplinary courses (Art and Vision, Interactive Media Design), and instructional media design workshops. Current projects include the Virtual Labs Project (http://virtuallabs.stanford.edu), H.E.L.P. for Kids (http://virtuallabs.stanford.edu/help/index.html), Apeeay Continuing Medical Education, India – all involving interactive media in science for college, grades 4-8, CME, respectively. Current research interests include educational technology for science and user experience design.
