BAAgraph Web Applets are a series of statistical graphing software intended for the evaluation of Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) based bone age assessment of hand radiographs. The use of hand radiographs as a means to assess bone age is important technique in detecting disease processes that retard or accelerate bone growth. The software allows the user to plot graphs of different groups of individuals that correlate Bone Age via Pediatric Radiologist’s readings, CAD based bone age and actual chronological age. The main goal is to illustrate the performance capabilities of the CAD methodology. (For more information about the Bone Age CAD project go to http://www.ipilab.org/ and click on research.)
